Terms and conditions
A 50% deposit is required when ordering. The remaining 50% will be due 3 weeks before an agreed delivery date. Please not that a charge of 2% per week will be added for late paid invoices.

If a one to one consultation is required, then the expense of my travel and any overnight stay (if required) will be charged at cost, and will be extra to the prices quoted for services. This is not a compulsory service, and any order over £1000 will be charged only 50% of the travel and accommodation costs.

Consultations can also be arranged in Barrow-in-Furness, and a list of accommodation and information about the area can be provided.

Please order 5 months in advance of your required date for completion of order. Some items may need longer depending on intricacy and size of the order. Please contact me as soon as possible for me to establish time scales. If your wedding is fast approaching and 5 months is not possible, please contact me and I will try to accommodate your requirements.

The cost of delivery is not included in the quoted price and will be charged at cost. The cheapest and safest options will be used. Please note that some art work may need a special form of delivery by art movers, depending on size and delicacy.

Due to the handmade nature of the products some designs may vary slightly.

The products used inside the boxes and packs may also vary and be changed due to availability, but will always be of the same high standards.

All products in side children’s boxes will be supplied according to gender and age. Children should be supervised with products and it is recommended that younger children do not play with older children’s boxes and contents.

Please let me know if anyone has allergies or skin conditions to be taken into account when ordering VIP boxes. I will do my best to accommodate for this, but all products should be tested on a small part of skin before use.

Postage of your shoes to me is the customer’s responsibility (I would suggest recorded delivery). Postage of shoes back to the customer is charged at cost. If you are confident with the size of shoe you require, then it may be possible for me to supply the shoes, prices available on request. Please note that if the shoes do not fit, they can not be refunded or exchanged due to the bespoke embellishment and design.

All designs are the copyright of “A wedding to talk about” and may not be copied by any means. Please obtain permission for any hymns or wordings for print.

A proof will be supplied for you to check all text, and a signed copy will be required before the order is produced.
